Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
- Q: Do the measurements have to be exact in this easy Blackstone carne asada recipe?
- A: No, they do not! This is the perfect recipe to eyeball. It will still turn out delicious as long as the actual amounts used are somewhat close to the measurements provided.
- Q: Should I use fresh orange juice or bottled orange juice?
- A: I have only used bottled orange juice for this recipe, so that is what I recommend. Fresh would be delicious, but I’d use about half of the amount in the recipe to ensure that the marinade is not too tart/bitter.
