Spicy Blackstone Mexican Chicken
Another versatile protein that is delicious in tacos, quesadillas, salads, wraps, etc.! One of my favorite ways to eat this is with roasted sweet potatoes, plain nonfat Greek yogurt (basically sour cream), and fresh, chopped spinach. It’s a combination of sweet, spicy, salty, sour, and fresh. Chef’s kiss.
